3. Booking & Payment

Booking: Use our calendar to pick a date/time.

Payment: We accept payment on completion or as outlined in your quote.

Cancellations: Please give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Guarantees & Warranty

Our wiring services include a lifetime warranty on connections as long as you own the equipment.

Other services are done to professional standards; contact us if you’re not satisfied.

5. Your Responsibilities

Access: Ensure we can reach the service area safely (e.g., clear driveway for snow plow).

Permissions: Obtain any needed permissions (e.g., HOA, property owner).

6. Liability

Limits: We’re responsible for service defects. We’re not liable for indirect damages.

Insurance: You should maintain insurance for property damage or personal injury beyond our control.
